Internal Space
Notion is intended to be used for internal knowledge sharing as our company’s intranet. Please use enterprise applications for their intended purposes (i.e., use Slack for real time communications, use Dropbox for document management, etc.). See the FAQ for more info.
Safe Place
Notion, like all company spaces (virtual and physical), is a discrimination- and harassment-free zone. See Harassment and Discrimination Policy (pages 5-12) of the Employee Handbook.
Privacy & Security
Security and privacy are everyone’s responsibility—ensure confidential information is only shared on a need-to-know basis. If you see information on a Notion page or a Notion page itself that you don’t think you should have access to, you should immediately report your concerns to that page owner or to the relevant Intranet Task Force Delegate.
